OK, this is our first little one, so we’re obviously delighted when Lily, who’s now almost 14 months old is walking without falling over a few steps. Well, today she ran. Yes, she ran I tell you. From one end of the room where the TV is to the other side. Very exciting. Yesterday, she walked the length of the house without falling over. I’ve never been so happy watching someone take little steps. Very cute. The photo to the right shows her wiggling to Led Zeppelin.
And all captured on my new little compact camera from Canon. Don’t worry, I won’t be bringing it with me to my shoots, but I love this little thing. If you’re looking for a small compact camera, look no further than the Canon SD870. I bought mine from Bigdig.com for $254. I’ve been looking for one for a while now and the really cool thing is that it has a wide angle 28mm lens and zoom on it. Most compacts have a 35 or 38mm lens and I just find it’s way to narrow for my liking. Well, I sound like real nerd, don’t I. There’s not much arguing that fact with my wife who will agree. OK, that’s it for today.
