LAST FRIDAY, I met up with Annelisa and Jason in Austin and shot their engagement session at the Botanical Gardens. I think Pugsie their dog may be the show stealer here (see last pic).

ENGAGEMENT: SAMANTHA + DAX

This morning I shot Sam and Dax’s engagement shoot. They have such a connection with each other it just made it a very easy shoot. Below are a few of my personal favorites all shot around the Japanese Sunken Gardens and baseball field across from the park. Really looking forward to shooting Sam’s bridal shoot. Lovely!

ENGAGEMENT: MEGAN + MATTHEW

ON SUNDAY, I MET MEG AND MATT WHO ARE TYING THE KNOT SOON! It was raining when we shot their session although you’d never know it. Both are just a really lovely couple and even though they haven’t got an official wedding day yet, we wish them congratulations as they recently got engaged.

ENGAGEMENT: JOANNA + JOHN

WOW. WHAT A FUN SESSION THIS TURNED OUT TO BE! HERE’S JOHN AND JOANNA WHO ARE TYING THE KNOT MARCH 27, 2010. They both met at Bohannan’s, a upscale steak and seafood restaurant and bar in downtown, San Antonio and it was a BLIND date. Just a brilliant way to meet someone and it worked, well, very well for this lovely couple.

So, naturally, we returned to Bohanan’s on Saturday afternoon, had a bit of fun and came away with these shots. Downtown is just so interesting and I love shooting on the street or in a cuddly location like this place.

ENGAGEMENT: SARAH + ANDREW

Yesterday, I arrived in downtown Houston to shoot Sarah and Andrew’s engagement session. This was a seriously fun shoot, as you can see from the pictures below. Sarah and Andrew are tying the knot February 13, 2010 and I’m really looking forward to photographing their special day.
