This was an insanely beautiful wedding. The locations, wonderful people and of-course, Ashton and Creighton.  Both tied the knot last Saturday at the San Jose Missions and I started capturing the celebrations the night prior at La Fonda. On the morning of their wedding Ashton started getting ready at my favorite hotel, the warm and cozy Havana hotel. The day finished at the McNay Art Museum.

Thanks to Chris Margain for second shooting with me and Carly/Phillip, friends and former bride and groom who referred me to Ashton.  Next week, I’ll post a few images form Ashton’s super cool bridal session.

All shot with Nikon D3, D4 and the Leica M9. This is it. A few of my favorites. Thanks for the trust and leave your comments below.

ISPWP- Contest 4th place - […] This photo was captured at the San Jose Missions and Ashton and Creighton’s big day. I loved the context and humor in the shot and was taken just before the bride and father walked in through the doors. The hand is Ashton’s brother as he gave the nod and hand gesture for her to go ahead and starting walking down the aisle with her father.  The  first of two clicks, the second with the subjects head looking out. But for sheer uniqueness, I prefer this intended capture. You can see the full post from Ashton and Creighton’s wedding here. […]
